Playing the opening

You may play the opening for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. No account or payment is required. The full iOS game is in development; this website does not promise a release date, price, or App Store availability.

Game content

Game code, artwork, story, and audio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not redistribute or sell the game or its assets without permission, except where an applicable open-source license or the law allows it. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Availability and progress

We may update the opening or take it offline. The browser opening restarts on reload. Device or browser storage can be cleared, so saved data is not guaranteed to remain available.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to harm others. The game is provided as available, subject to rights and protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and iOS licensing

Our privacy policy explains data handling. A future App Store release will be subject to the license terms supplied with that release; these website terms do not replace those terms.
